I’m a professional, registered, and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, offering integrative, relational therapy at Chapel Allerton Therapy. My private practice is based at HealthWise Leeds Therapy Centre in North Leeds, where I provide customised  counselling and psychotherapy that is tailored to your individual needs.

I know how important it is to fit therapy around the demands of daily life. As a private practitioner, I offer flexible hours, typically between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday. I aim to see clients within a week of the initial phone consultation, so you won’t face long waiting lists. Therapy should be accessible, and I strive to ensure it is.

He was able to see what I couldn’t see in myself, and I will be forever grateful for his dedication, his care and his professionalism. He is a healer, a mentor, and was a beacon of light when everything else seemed dark.

From the very first session with Zorack, I felt at ease. In a matter of weeks, I found myself to be able to talk about certain events, acknowledge the trauma from childhood through to adulthood and also became more self aware.


Previous counsellors that I have seen, have had a very general approach. However, for the first time I can say, that on this occasion, therapy has allowed me to explore certain areas of my life and not only acknowledge past trauma, but also come to terms with it.


I have had many occasions in my life where I have felt vulnerable, but unable to speak of this or even understand why I have felt like this. However through therapy with Zorack, I am able to identify triggers, and to be able to move forward with my life with a positive approach!
